Tom is a restaurant specialist. Currently, he works as a consultant at the Maryland Small Business Development Center. He has over 30 years of experience in managing, owning, and counseling restaurants. He helps his clients build incredible teams, drive revenue growth, and bring in customers even in challenging times. He’s also an established chef and created recipes and menus for over 20 restaurants and events.
