ABOUT Pauls Pujats

Pauls is the co-Founder, CEO, and coach of pujats.org. He is an Olympic pole vaulter and 2016 Rio Olympic Games finalist.

He is a yoga & meditation instructor and practitioner with more than 15 years of experience. He has gained his yoga philosophy, practice, and meditation knowledge from Yoga master Vladimir Kalabin in Novosibirsk (Russia), Buddhist monks, and Chinese Image Therapy master Xu Mingtan in Shaolin Temple China.

Trigger Point Therapy/Myofascial release specialist. He’s been studying these techniques from prestigious authors like Amber Davies (CMTPT, LMT) and Clair Davies (NCTMB); practicing them for more than five years as part of his recovery routine during his professional athlete career, and now teaching others to self-apply these techniques in live online sessions. One of two certified instructors of Warfare Combat System (martial arts) in the U.S. 

He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business.
